1. Agreement

By accessing or using poise.se and related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. POISE AB (org.nr 559043-3228), Brunnsgatan 9, 172 68 Sundbyberg, Sweden ("POISE", "we", "us") operates these Services.

2. Services

POISE provides cybersecurity consulting, Microsoft 365 security monitoring, network tools, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Network Tools

Our free network tools (DNS lookup, WHOIS, SSL check, etc.) are provided as-is for informational purposes. Results may not be exhaustive. Do not rely solely on these tools for security-critical decisions.

4. Domain Registration

Domain search and registration services are provided through our portal at portal.cloudbeem.com. Domain registration is subject to the applicable registry policies and CloudBeem's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Abuse rate limits or automated access beyond reasonable use
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the operation of the Services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on poise.se are the property of POISE AB or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

POISE AB provides Services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, POISE AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

8. Service Level

For paid monitoring services, we target 99.9% uptime measured monthly. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Downtime due to force majeure is excluded.

9. Termination

We may terminate access to the Services for violation of these terms. For paid services, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Swedish courts, with Solna tingsratt as the court of first instance.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active service subscribers.
